3. Limitation of Liability

Ngptrust shall not be held liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of the services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct. The total liability of Ngptrust for any claim related to the services is limited to the value of the respective contract.

The information and recommendations provided do not constitute individualized legal or tax advice, and the client is encouraged to obtain additional opinions from authorized specialists.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Ngptrust treats all information received from the client as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

5. Duration and Termination of the Contract

Upon termination of the contract, Ngptrust will return the original documents received from the client and destroy copies, except those necessary for legal archiving.

6. Modification of Terms

Ngptrust reserves the right to modify these terms of use, notifying clients by publishing the updated version on the website at least 15 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the services after the modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
